Does WritersMarket.com, contain listings from Poet's Market, Novel & Short Story Writer's Market and Children's Writer's & Illustrator's Market?
WritersMarket.com contains many listings for poetry, fiction and children’s writing, so there is some overlap. However, certain publishers included in the other Market books do not appear because we limit our listings to paying markets only.

Yes, and more! How frequently are the listings updated?
We enter any market information updates into the database as soon as we find out about them. So if there's a new market out there or a change to an existing one, WritersMarket.com subscribers will be among the first to know. And all listings, whether they've contacted us with new information or not, are validated annually.

A one year subscription costs $29.99 and a two year subscription costs $44.99. Monthly subscriptions are $3.99 per month (renews automatically until you cancel).
When you sign up for a one or two year subscription you will receive a bonus 30 days FREE at the beginning of your subscription. If you cancel at anytime during your first 30 days you owe nothing.

As a first time subscriber, when you sign up for WritersMarket.com with a one or two year subscription, you get a 30-day FREE trial at the beginning of your subscription. If you're not satisfied, simply cancel within 30 your day free trial and your credit card will not be charged, no questions asked.

If my subscription expires, will I lose all the information in My Manuscripts and Favorites Folders?
No. As long as you renew your account (and don't create a new one), you'll be able to access your archived information. WritersMarket.com keeps your information indefinitely.

How do I know when it's time to renew?
Prior to your service expiring, a renewal notice will appear on your "Dashboard" after you log in. You can also check your expiration date by going to the My Account page. If you've signed up for monthly service, your subscription will continue until you cancel it.

If I purchased Writer's Market Deluxe Edition with activation code, what happens at the end of my subscription?
Prior to the end of your year of service, you will receive notice on your Dashboard that your subscription is about to expire. No. If you want to be able to refer to information you have previously stored on WritersMarket.com, you'll need to renew your current subscription instead of starting a new one.

What if I'm not satisfied with my subscription?
If you sign up for the annual or biennial service, you get an extra 30 days free at the beginning of your subscription. Just cancel within the first 30 days of signing up for the service and your credit card will not be charged. How do I change from the monthly plan to an annual subscription?
If you are currently on the monthly plan, you can change to the annual plan at any time; the annual fee will go into effect at the end of your next month, and your one-year subscription will start at that time. To change to the annual service, first go to our Contact Us form. Select I have a question about my subscription to WritersMarket.com. Be sure to enter your username where indicated. Next enter your name and e-mail address where indicated. In the body of your message, please indicate that you would like to cancel your monthly subscription and start an annual subscription. How do I add a submission to a market that is not listed on WritersMarket.com?
On the previous version of WritersMarket.com you could associate a manuscript with a market that was not listed on WritersMarket.com. This feature was not a part of the re-launched WritersMarket.com, but due to inquiries from customers it will be re-instated in the near future.

What should I do if I get an error message not related to a search?
First, try the action again to see if you still get an error the second time. If that doesn't work try logging into WritersMarket.com again or restarting your computer. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact a technical support representative by using our online contact form, or call 800-317-6758.
